Women’s Ab Workouts
May 11th, 2010 | by admin |There are many ways and exercises for women to really work on their stomachs and strengthen their abs. Some of my favorite exercises are the ab wheel. This is a small wheel that allows you to extend out your body and really work your stabilizer abs which are very important. You can also do leg holds. This exercise also works the same part of your abs and is really good.
You can fit these into exercise routines that are build for your abs. A good ab workout should only last about ten minutes and consist of four to five exercises. They don’t have to be super intense and I really like to do them at the end of your weight training routine.
