The reason why boot camps are great things to join is because of the person to person and group atmosphere. They help you stay motivated and they also make you accountable to a group.
The workout plans are really effective and what you need to make sure you do is just participate. If you can’t join an in person one, you can join a website. While you won’t workout with the group, you can report back to women that share your goals and they can be your accountability partners.
