Does cyberpowerpc.com have the best deals for computers around?

-store tons and TONS of music/photos/videos/file without too much lagg
-do a little above basic gaming (128 Mb graphics card fine)
-liquid cooled ( i want it to be silent.)
for under 1000 buckaroos

I think you could get better options and more bang for your buck from either http://www.geeks.com or http://www.pricewatch.com Hope this helps
