could it be written by rosemary shaw?has anybody herd of her and her songs.?

I’m trying to figure that out, too. Eddie Arnold definitely recorded it and may have been the singer who popularize it the most, but it was written by two composers, Jack Scholl and M.K. Jerome. I’m not sure whether Eddie was the first to sing it on radio and film, but the song itself predates his discography.
